Programme Overview:
The Insurance Business Area is dedicated to developing innovative solutions that bring meaningful value to customers. This Learnership provides hands-on experience under the guidance of Insurance Leads, allowing participants to gain expertise in various areas, including:
- Operations
- Short-Term & Long-Term Insurance
- Customer Service
- Complaints Resolution
- Claims Queries
- Learning & Development
Minimum Requirements:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between the ages of 18 and 30
- Have completed Matric with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (60% and above)
- Not be currently employed for more than six (6) months
- Not be registered for another learnership
- Not be studying at any institution
