The CAPACITI Learnership is designed to equip youth with critical digital skills for the tech industry. Participants will receive training in one of the following IT Streams:

What Is Expected of You:
- Full-time Monday to Friday (08:00 – 17:00) attendance
- 100% commitment to campus-based learning
- Submit assessments and projects on time
- Participate in all tasks, workshops, and professional development activities
- Demonstrate teamwork, communication, and professional conduct
- Engage with mentors and be open to new learning experiences

Minimum Entry Requirements:
- South African citizen (by birth)
- Age between 18 – 34 years
- Completed NQF Level 4 or equivalent qualification
- Unemployed and available for full-time learning
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office) and understanding of IT (Hardware, Software, Networking)
- No criminal record and a clear credit history
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Must be an EE candidate
- Preference given to PWD (People with Disabilities)
- Prior IT knowledge/qualifications are advantageous, but not required
