Kruger National Park General Worker: Mooiplaas Ranger
We are looking for a suitably qualified person to fill the above-mentioned vacant position in the Kruger National Park at the Mooiplaas Ranger Section.
Minimum requirements:
- Grade: 12
- Valid Code B driver’s license
- Physical good health.
- Good knowledge of tools, handling and aftercare.
- Ability to assist with the maintenance of the ranger post.
- Basic knowledge of OHS.
- Knowledge of working in the National Park.
Responsibilities:
- Performs manual labour to maintain water provision installations.
- Participate in game capture operations.
- Participate in waste disposal tasks.
- Participate in alien plant control.
- Participate in fire control and burning.
- Participate in anti-soil erosion tasks.
- Participate in general cleaning & maintenance work.
- Assisting with other ad hoc tasks as required by the Supervisor / Management.
