Purpose of the job:
- To maintain the overall effectiveness of equipment and plant on site
Responsibilities:
- Factory environment – hot and noisy
- Required to work outside of normal working hours (after hours and over time)
- Working with and on heavy equipment and plant (technical and mechanical)
- Clean Dividers as per the supplier recommendations.
- Lubricate divider.
- Strat divider to check that all oil oiling ports are open and delivering lubrication oil.
- Inspect Divider after cleaning, do daily checks as per supplier guidelines.
- Report any damages to shift foreman.
- Assist with divider change overs.
- Assist with Divider standard deviation recordings of dough pieces.
- Weekly and monthly lubrication of dividers.
- Assist Artisan in the make up area.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Experience in a production factory
