Woodlands Dairy Sales Administrator Port Elizabeth
Key Performance Areas:
The successful candidate’s primary function will be the processing of sales orders.
- Ensuring accurate and on time delivery of stock to our customers.
- Areas of responsibility will include daily planning.
- Ensuring stock availability.
- Processing of all sales related documentation.
- Communication with customers and service providers as well as general office administration.
Knowledge and Skills:
- This position requires an Individual with Matric, a Three-year tertiary qualification in Office Administration or Logistics will be an added advantage.
- 1-2 years’ experience in similar position, in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Hands on experience ERP Management System is also required.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- The successful candidate must have exceptional communication, problem-solving and administrative skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and maintain performance standards under high-pressure conditions.
