Harmony Gold invites South African unemployed youth to apply for the Learnership Programme 2025.
Location: Gauteng, South Africa
About the Learnership
Harmony Gold Learnerships provide candidates with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and knowledge in the following fields:
- Rigger
- Boilermaker/Plater
- Electrician
- Fitter
- Instrumentation
Selection Process:
- Shortlisted candidates will undergo a medical fitness examination conducted by the Harmony Gold Occupational Health Centre.
- Successful candidates will be invited for an interview.
- If you do not receive feedback within three months of the application closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful.
Minimum Requirements:
To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Have completed Matric or technical Matric.
- Possess an N2 qualification with relevant trade theory.
- Hold a completed qualification in your chosen field.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English (read, write, and speak).
- Possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
- Be in good health and medically fit.
- Have strong teamwork skills and be willing to work outside normal hours or perform standby duties when required.
- Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
- Exhibit good communication skills.
