Wesizwe Platinum invites South African unemployed youth to apply for the Learnership Programme 2025.

Study Fields Offered:
Participants can pursue qualifications in the following areas:
- Engineering
- Rigging
- Fitting
- Boiler-making
- Instrumentation
- Millwright
- Electrical
- Mining: Level 2 and Level 3
- Mineral Processing: Level 2
Minimum Requirements:
To qualify for the learnership, applicants must meet one of the following educational requirements:
- N2 with Mathematics and Engineering Science
- Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science
- Technical Matric with relevant trade theory
Additional Requirements:
- South African citizenship
- Aged between 18–35 years
- Medically fit to work in the designated area
- Clear criminal record

- A strong safety-conscious mindset
- Responsibility and a committed work ethic

Preference Criteria:
Preference will be given to applicants residing within a 50km radius of Bakubung Platinum Mine.
Important Note: This is a fixed-term programme, and BPM is not obligated to offer permanent employment upon completion.
