About the Learnership:
This four-year programme combines classroom-based learning with hands-on workplace training. Learners will receive formal training at De Beers’ accredited training centre in Randfontein, as well as on-the-job training at Venetia Mine.
Upon successful completion, learners will qualify as artisans in their chosen trade.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel to the training centre in Randfontein (outside Limpopo).
- Must obtain a Red Ticket (Medical Fitness Certificate) for working in a mine.
- Criminal record and qualification verification will be conducted.
- Must pass psychometric and technical assessments.

Employment Conditions and Benefits
- Learnership contract: Section 18.2 (Four-year contract).
- Training location: Randfontein Training Centre.
- On-the-job training at Venetia Mine in Limpopo.
- Preference given to applicants from Venetia Mine Labour Sending Areas (Musina, Blouberg, Alldays) and Limpopo Province.
