Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric certificate

Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Capture Chauffeur Services Requisitions:
-
Enter trip requests into the system
-
Track and manage pending requisitions
-
Assign trip requests as required
-
Confirm services provided to clients
2. Manage Vehicle License Discs:
-
Check and verify the validity of license discs
-
Distribute discs to user departments
-
Keep accurate records of all received and issued license discs
3. Dispatch and Receive Vehicles:
-
Coordinate the delivery and collection of vehicles from clients
-
Verify service documents
-
Inspect vehicles before and after use
4. Manage Fleet Information System (FIS):
-
Record chauffeur trips on the web-based FIS
-
Maintain daily chauffeur activity logs
