Minimum Requirements:
- Be a South African Citizen, between the ages of 18 and 25
- Completed Matric/Grade 12
- Passed English – 60% or higher and one other language
- Passed Maths – 50%
- Passed Maths literacy 60% or higher
- Not currently studying
- Not currently registered for any learnership program
- Not have previously participated in a formal learnership program in the insurance industry
- Currently unemployed or has not been employed in a corporate environment for more than six months
- Computer literacy is an advantage
