The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA), together with Services SETA, has officially opened applications for the 2026 Real Estate Learnership Programme in Gauteng and Limpopo.
This opportunity is aimed at unemployed youth, women, and Persons Living with Disabilities (PLWDs) who are interested in building a career in the real estate industry.
Applicants who are selected will participate in a 12-month learnership programme designed to support the journey towards becoming Non-Principal Property Practitioners (NPPPs).
Successful candidates will:
- Enrol for a Further Education and Training Certificate in Real Estate (NQF Level 4)
- Receive workplace training and mentorship
- Prepare for and complete the PPRA Professional Designation Examination (PDE 4)
- Gain industry exposure within the property sector
Minimum Requirements
- Have Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification
- Be youth or women applicants
- Reside in Gauteng or Limpopo depending on the province applied for
- Be willing to undergo verification checks
Applicants are also required to submit:
- Certified South African ID copy
- Updated CV
- Certified Matric Certificate or qualifications
