Main Objectives:
- To execute full and on-time daily targets in the Production Department and the bulk plan. To ensure the integrity of the product is never compromised. (The Premier way).
Key Responsibilities
- To maintain a high-quality product in Production Department
- Maintain high housekeeping standards at all times.
- Adhere to all Company rules and procedures.

Skills and Attributes Required
- Effectively operates and maintains scales and various other equipment.
- Understanding of production process

- Accuracy / Attention to deal: Proficient in converting units to calculate batch requirements.

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
- 1 to 2 years FMCG industry experience
Other Requirements:
- Working in a factory environment – hot, noisy and Maize dust
- Required to work overtime when required. (After hours, weekends and public holidays)
