Description:
- Stefanutti Stocks Inland is proud to offer a Cadet Foreman (Earthworks/Civils) Learnership Programme for recently qualified Grade 12 learners who are eager to start a career in Civil Engineering.
What the Learnership will cover:
- Immersive Theory-First Training: This blended program kicks off with an intensive classroom phase followed by on-site experiential learning. To progress, learners must complete Monthly Site Workbooks (SWB) that document practical tasks under mentor supervision, with submissions due by month-end.
- Phased Monthly Training: This track alternates between classroom theory and month-long on-site practicals. Unit standard assessments are conducted at the start of each new session, and completed Site Workbooks must be handed in before training resumes.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) (Mathematics, and or Technical Subjects will be an advantage).
- Must pass a medical fitness examination
- Will be subjected to a Learning Ability Battery (to determine educational level)
- Must be fluent in English
