Minimum Requirements:
- You are between 18 and 35 years old and ready to take on a new journey.
- You have a Matric / Grade 12 certificate, which is essential for this role.
- You are currently unemployed and meet the eligibility requirements for the YES4YOUTH programme.
- You are willing to commit to a full 12-month placement in a manufacturing and production environment.
- You are physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, practical work.
- You are reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn, grow, and build new workplace skills.
