Job Description:
This is a development role where you’ll gain work experience while completing a formal, registered qualification. During your employment, you’ll be responsible for delivering tasks that contribute to the business area. You’ll also be expected to fulfil all the requirements of your qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and escalate potential risks that may increase costs.
- Demonstrate cost consciousness and awareness of personal contribution to costs.
- Increase knowledge and understanding of financial processes and adhere to required operating standards.
- Adhere to the Organization’s shared values, service standards, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) outcomes.
- Resolve customer dissatisfaction/complaints and take ownership of the problem.
- Collect customer feedback to improve customer service.
- Ensure product knowledge and advice are technically accurate.

- Investigate innovative ways to optimize processes.

- Qualifications: A formal, registered qualification.
- Experience: Previous work experience is not a requirement, as this is a development role.
