The Gauteng Department of Roads and Transport, under the Provincial Regulatory Entity, is inviting applications for five (5) Administrative Clerk positions.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12 Certificate or NQF Level 4 equivalent

Required Skills and Competencies:
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Basic knowledge of public service and regulatory functions (e.g. GPRE)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Basic knowledge of the National Road Traffic Act and Public Service Act
As an Administrative Clerk, you will:
- Provide general admin support (typing, scanning, filing, emails)
- Perform secretariat functions for the Provincial Regulatory Entity
- Manage attendance registers and office logistics
- Handle records management and correspondence
- Support customer service and after-care services
- Assist with GPRE administrative processes within the directorate
