Role Description / Key Performance Areas:
- Sales agents are responsible for building and maintaining their own client base, marketing and selling the Old Mutual product and contributing to the financial well-being of the community.
Minimum Requirements:
- A grade 12 (Matric) certificate
- A clear credit and criminal record
- 6-12 months of sales / retail experience is advantageous but not essential
- Proven digital literacy (MS Office, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills
- A flair, a passion and high energy for sales and achieving targets
