Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and financial administrative support by carrying out administrative duties.
  • To guarantee compliance and effective and efficient service delivery, check all papers both before and after processing.
  • Make sure that every penny of money received is tracked down.
  • To avoid and minimize financial resource waste and increase associated risk, follow established standards, regulations, and SOPs.
  • As required by law, make sure that float and face-value documents are counted, documented, and always kept secure.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Knowledge of computers
  • Two years of relevant experience in a comparable setting
